You can update the Reverse DNS for server IP by using your client area, We have developed a User Interface(UI) for managing the server, Through client area.
- Login to your client area
- Go to My Products & Services
- Select your service or server to update the rDNS
- In left side, you will be able to Action task bar
- Click on Set reverse DNS option to set the rdns
- Select IP, add domain name to update the rDNS.
