3. How often Datacenter`s are monitored ?

Ans: All the USA Servers are monitored 24/7 by our datacenter`s on-site and in-house Team. We have diesel generators as a backup power, incase there is long power disruption. You are placed in Eco-Friendly Datacenter.

4. How fast is the delivery of the ordered server ?

Ans: In case the ordered USA Server is available in stock and is ordered with standard configuration mentioned on website, then the server is delivered instantly within 1 hour. In case the ordered server is selected with custom configurations i.e., additional RAM, HDD/SSD, Bandwidth etc, then the process will take 1-72 working hours. Suppose the ordered server is out of stock, the server will be shipped within 1-5 working days.

12. What happens if I run out of space on hard drives ?

Ans: We regularly monitor your resource utilization like available disk space and will alert you to your space consumption. If you require extra storage, you may request to add extra drives to your server or you can also replace the existing drives with larger space drives to suffice the storage needs of your work.

13. What Operating System usage do you support ?

14. How do I cancel my IPs ?

Ans: You can cancel the IPs through your control panel. Just click on Manage IP to cancel the IP addresses. Also through your client area you can cancel the IP.

15. What does System Restore mean ?

Ans: System restore is required when we have to restore your server to the same state as it was when the server was deployed. System restore is done when any client does the catastrophic damage to the operating system of the server.

16. What type of application can I load on my USA server ?

Ans: You can load any applications on your server until and unless the loaded applications are not in violation of our terms of service.

17. Do you offer management service USA servers ?

Ans: As the USA servers service is unmanaged you can buy the management service to get your server managed by our support experts.

18. Do you provide control panels for free to manage my server resources ?

Ans: We do not provide control panel for free. You can purchase control panel as addon. We provide cPanel/WHM panel, DirectAdmin panel and Plesk panel as addon with USA servers.

19. How can I access my server, as I am using the unmanaged service for the first time ?

Ans: As soon as your server is completely ready to use and deployed, you will gain the full set of instructions and all the essential login credentials will be sent via email to access the server.
